Account Deletion

At ValorUp, we respect your privacy and provide full control over your personal data and account lifecycle.

You can request account deletion using the following methods:

• • Open the ValorUp application
• • Go to Settings
• • Go to Account Security
• • Tap 'Delete Account'
• • Confirm the deletion request

• • Subject: Account Deletion Request
• • Include your registered email address
• • Send the request from your registered account email for verification

• • Your account will be scheduled for immediate processing
• • Access to the platform will be revoked upon deletion request
• • All associated data will be permanently deleted within up to 90 days
• • Certain data may be retained where required under AML, KYC, fraud prevention, or legal obligations

• • Personal identification data
• • Account profile information
• • Transaction history
• • Communication and support records
• • Platform preferences and settings

• • This process is irreversible once completed
• • Account cannot be restored or reactivated after deletion
• • Users must withdraw all funds before requesting deletion
• • ValorUp is not responsible for any lost or unwithdrawn assets
• • Blockchain wallets and private keys remain under user control
