This policy governs all ValorUp products including the ValorUp mobile application (available on Apple App Store and Google Play Store), the website at www.myvalorup.com, and associated investment and financial services platforms.

KYC & Identity Verification

To fulfill identity verification and regulatory obligations, ValorUp conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) screening for users accessing financial, investment, or payment services. This process requires the collection and verification of identity documents and related personal data.

KYC data is processed using secure, regulated verification providers and is handled in strict accordance with applicable UAE and international financial regulations. Failure to complete identity verification may restrict access to certain services.
