To the maximum extent permitted under UAE law, ValorUp shall not be liable for: - Market losses - Cryptocurrency volatility - Blockchain disruptions - Regulatory actions - Card issuer decisions - Indirect or consequential damages - Loss of profits Total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the user to ValorUp within the previous 12 months.

All branding, software, logos, content, and designs are the exclusive property of ValorUp. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
ValorUp shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by: - Government actions - Regulatory changes - Sanctions - War - Natural disasters - Cyber attacks - Blockchain network disruptions
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
